CANCELLATION POLICY

At Mi Piel Beauty Bar, every appointment is reserved especially for you. New Clients: A $25 deposit is required to secure your first appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in a fee of 25% of the scheduled service total. For appointments with a deposit, any applicable cancellation fee will first be deducted from the deposit to avoid duplicate charges. Any remaining deposit balance will be handled according to the deposit policy communicated at booking. I understand that unexpected situations happen, and I appreciate your communication and understanding.
